What is Agave Wine?
Agave wine is made by fermenting the sweet juice of the agave plant, the same plant behind tequila. Instead of being distilled, it's fermented much like traditional wine, which gives it a lighter, smoother character and a naturally crisp, slightly earthy sweetness. It's the perfect base for cocktails: versatile, easy-drinking, and full of bright flavor.
